Account Information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Business Profile
To power lead matching and reply generation you may optionally provide a description of your business, service keywords, and a reply profile (your role, services offered, location, experience, and a call-to-action). This information is stored on our servers and used solely to match posts and generate suggested replies on your behalf.
Monitor Configuration
We store the subreddit names and Facebook group identifiers you add as monitors, along with any custom matching criteria or keywords you configure.
Scraped Post Content
The Chrome extension reads publicly visible post text from the Reddit subreddits and Facebook group pages you have configured as monitors. Specifically:
- Reddit: post titles, body text, author usernames, and post URLs are fetched from Reddit's public JSON API. No login credentials are used or stored.
- Facebook: post text visible to your account is read from group pages while the extension is active. We do not read private messages, your personal profile, or content outside of the groups you monitor.
Post content is sent to our servers to be evaluated by our AI matching system. Content that does not match your criteria is discarded and not stored.
Lead and Notification Records
When a post matches your criteria we store the post URL, a snippet of the post, the match confidence score, and any AI-generated suggested reply. We also store a record of notifications sent to you (email or SMS).
Usage Data
We collect basic operational data such as when scans run and whether notifications were delivered successfully. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your full card number.
