Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LeadMonitor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including users of the LeadMonitor Chrome extension.

LeadMonitor provides a web application and Chrome browser extension that monitors publicly visible content on Reddit and Facebook groups you are a member of, and uses AI to identify posts that may be relevant to your business. We deliver notifications via email and SMS.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@leadmonitor.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or contact individuals without consent
• Attempt to circumvent Facebook's or Reddit's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

LeadMonitor offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

A free plan is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

The LeadMonitor Chrome extension operates within your browser using your existing Facebook login session. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with Facebook's Terms of Service. The extension only reads publicly visible group content — it does not access private messages or personal data beyond what is visible on the page.

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to LeadMonitor. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI matching results will be accurate or complete. Lead quality and match accuracy may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMonitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
